Factory Profile quality control

Our professional production base, Huaihua Hengyu Bamboo & Wood Development Co., Ltd., plays a key role in ensuring consistent quality and reliable delivery. The factory covers nearly 90,000 square meters, with a dedicated 12,000-square-meter disposable bamboo tableware production area, including a 4,200-square-meter dust-free packaging workshop. Equipped with over 120 sets of advanced production machines and supported by 120 skilled workers, we achieve an annual production capacity of up to 122 million pieces of high-quality bamboo cutlery.

We operate under a strict quality control system that covers every stage of production, from raw material selection to final inspection and packaging. Our factory is BSCI and FSC certified, and all products comply with international food contact regulations. Relevant testing and certifications, including FDA and LFGB, ensure our products meet the safety standards of Europe, the United States, and other global markets.

We sell nearly $5 million of home kitchen products every year to all over the world, such as North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. The clients we cooperated with include online sales like Amazon, EBay, also offline hypermarkets like Wal-Mart, Carrefour.
